Because each appointment reserves dedicated time and preparation, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Advance Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so we may offer the opening to another client. No Cancellation Fees: There are currently no cancellation fees charged to your card. However, we truly appreciate keeping us informed as early as possible. Arrivals & Delays: If you are running late, please let us know. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time may require us to modify or reschedule your service to avoid delaying the next client.
